The Technical Academic Assistance is directed related to the Director of the School of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto and its responsibilities are:
- Advise the Board of Directors, Vice-Directors, Collegiate, Centers and permanent Committees on academic affairs, assuring the compliance of the policies and regulations of the University.
- Advise the Undergraduate, Graduate, Research, Culture and University Extension Committees.
- Coordinate and supervise the administrative activities of the Undergraduate, Graduate, Research, Culture and University Extension Services and the Section of Academic Support.
- Serve as secretary the collegiate meetings – Technical Administrative Council, Congregation, University Activities Committee and Faculty Committee.
